（2）自宅や勤務先から、専用の電話番号にかけて相談することも可能です。

This is to inform you of the launch of the Multilingual Interpretation Services
Multilingual interpretation services are available at the consultation counter for foreign residents.
We provide interpretation to help foreign residents receive information and support.
Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

For Consultation
(1) If you come to our office, you will receive the interpretation service via interpreter or phone.
(2) You can also receive consultation by calling the dedicated phone number from your home or workplace.

(3) A Chinese interpreter is available Monday through Friday.
(4) For languages other than Chinese, we provide telephone interpretation services in 21 languages.
